“So I went onto Fiverr at that time and I looked for a ghostwriter to help me and I found one and the guy was great… I just kind of talked the book and then they formed it and they wrote. Really saved me a ton of time so I could focus on what I do best, which is buying and selling raw land and, and teaching it and building my business instead of, you know, sitting in front of a computer and being in my head about writing.” (01:37)

“Use an expert that knows exactly what a good book looks like, how it’s formatted, what a good cover will look like, and what a good marketing will look like, because you can have the best book in the world. But if you’re not good at marketing, no one’s going to find it, no one’s going to see it. So having that marketing strategy, I, I think is. Is really important as well. And then having a backend. So I make no money on a book, but I have a backend strategy where we do actually make money in our coaching program and in our other services. So having a backend, I think, is critical as well. And so a book is really special in the sense that here’s this thing that people are actually committing to and they’re great buyers, actually.” (07:38)
