And so now we use three levers to really grow our land business, which is other people’s time, software and automation and other people’s money. And, and that’s really what, what I do. And, and, and really how I help people escape what I call solo economic dependency, which means that they’re not personally working, they’re not making any money.” (03:47)

“But in reality, after doing this for 25 years and 6,500 deals, I’ve never been stuck with a piece of raw land. They all sell at the right price. So. So your biggest risk is just overpaying. And if you overpay in time, you won’t be overpaid and you’ll be able to sell that land.” (13:13)
