In that industry she was recognized as a leading speaker on trends and financial forecasts.

After a stint in Executive Search as a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles she moved to Houston and began her successful Entrepreneurial career launching RentTheSite.com in 2004, the first product offering of her future company ContentActive, which was recognized six times with the Fast Tech 50 Award, seven times as a top web developer in Houston, a Best Place to Work and a four-time Better Business Bureau Winner of Distinction.

She has been honored to be named one of Houston’s Fifty Most Influential Women, a Senior Fellow of The American Leadership Forum, two-time Chair of the Board of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, one of HBJ/ Mass Mutual’s Powerful Women in Entrepreneurship, a Celebrated Entrepreneur by Houston Technology Center, a Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Breakthrough Woman, an ABC/Channel 13 Woman of Distinction, and most recently an HBJ Woman Who Means Business.
