About August Biniaz

August Biniaz is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of CPI Capital, a real estate investment firm specializing in U.S. multifamily properties and build-to-rent communities. With over 15 years of experience, August has played a key role in closing more than $225 million in multifamily real estate transactions.

He began his career as a real estate agent before founding White Rhino Developments, where he built custom and spec homes across British Columbia. In 2025, he completed the Private Equity and Venture Capital Executive Program at Harvard Business School.

As the host of Real Estate Investing Demystified, August is passionate about educating investors, simplifying complex real estate strategies, and helping individuals build long-term wealth through passive real estate investments.
