“I’m always writing, I’m always doing things or dictating, if I’m on a walk or something like that. All of these thoughts that are in my head to try to get them down into paper or onto a video blog.” (04:05)
“This idea that your book should translate into the work that you’re doing, and it doesn’t matter whether it’s B2B like I am, or it’s consumer driven or even self help. There’s got to be that connection that what I’m writing about is what I’m going to be offering as some sort of a service.” (08:01)
“So, a lot of the marketing I do is provide free webinars, sometimes free lunch and learns that are streamed on LinkedIn and things like that, where I really just talk about one thing that I can go into some detail about and then connect it back to my book” (09:59)
