“This was one of the most challenging periods of my life. Working a full time vice president job for a year and a half in parallel hiring a team, scaling the business, working in and out of France. I did it for several years before we came into market. So, with any business you can always tell you’re always bursting at the seams when you need to hire a new employee.” (06:33)

“It’s all about the quality, the aging four times longer than normal champagne, where we grow the fruit, the age of the vines, there’s a lot of layers to essentially developing this level. of quality. So the focus has been on these pillars of really focusing in on our retail partners with having an exceptional team that can do that does tastings.” (9:00)

“For our business, ultimately we found that the approach that central markets had and we have it’s really just really a great marriage. You know, it’s worked out very well across Texas, with our style and us being very hands on and the craft nature of our wine verse.” (14:59)

The story of Champagne Madame Zéro began in the iconic Premier Cru village of Vertus, France in the early 1800s. The time-honored craft and legacy over 8 generations are an integral part of us skillfully refining our progressive champagne style of the present day. Each bottle produced adorns elegant lace on the neck foil and labels as a reflection of the fine, delicate, precise style of Madame Zéro. The paint splatter embraces the non-conformist essence of the cuvée and the muselet cap encompasses the masked “modern madame” image revealing that anyone can be selective.
